THE PIZZA SPOT's Beef Bolognese is made the traditional Italian way – no shortcuts. Our house Bolognese sauce is slow-simmered for a minimum of four hours with premium ground beef, soffrito vegetables, imported San Marzano tomatoes, and a generous pour of Italian red wine.

Served over your choice of pappardelle, tagliatelle, or rigatoni, and finished with freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano and a drizzle of extra-virgin olive oil. A deeply comforting, authentic Italian experience available at both Spruce Grove and West Edmonton Mall.
